The Early Registration fees for the Awards are the following:

Early Registration:
€ 200 | from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, per brand for any award category

Standard Registration:

€ 250 | from January 2, 2026, to March 31, 2026, per brand for any award category

Early Registration Period

The Early Registration fees  are the following:

The standard registration fees are the following:

Standard Registration from January 2, to March 31, 2026: 

  • €250 per brand for any award category.

All the olive oil samples must be sent to Berlin, Germany, by April 30, 2026.

We collect the samples from January 2 to April 30, 2026.

Once registration and payment are complete, our team will provide the necessary documents along with the shipping label form.

If the olive oil samples are not submitted by the specified deadline, the product will be deemed ineligible for evaluation.

Southern Hemisphere

All the olive oil samples must be sent to Berlin, Germany, by August 30, 2026.

We collect the samples from June 2 to August 30, 2026.

    The samples must be submitted using the same retail packaging.

    Please note that for the sensory analysis, the olive oil samples are blind-tested by the judges.

#Olive Oil Quality Certified Accreditation - OQC Sys

This optional certification program is founded upon comprehensive laboratory analysis, conducted in strict accordance with current European regulations and International Olive Council (IOC) standards for olive oil quality. The accreditation program checks important factors like free acidity, peroxide value, spectrophotometric indices, and other quality indicators to make sure they meet top international standards.

For the first time, the Quality Certified Accreditation program will offer a three-level accreditation system, recognizing different degrees of excellence achieved by the olive oil samples:

Producers participating in the Berlin GOOA Awards now have the opportunity to further distinguish their olive oil with the prestigious OQC – Olive Oil Quality Certified  label.
