Northern Hemisphere Registration
The Early Registration fees for the Awards are the following:
Early Registration:
€ 195 | from October 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, per brand for any award category
Standard Registration:
€ 250 | from January 2, 2025, to March 31, 2025, per brand for any award category
- For any additional product, the cost is € 200 for any of the six (6) categories of the Awards.
Southern Hemisphere Registration
The Early Registration fees for the Awards are the following:
Early Registration:
€ 200 | from November 1, 2025, to March 31, 2025, per brand for any award category
Standard Registration:
€ 250 | from April 1, 2025, to July 30, 2025, per brand for any award category

Early Registration Period

All the olive oil samples must be sent to Berlin, Germany, by April 30, 2025.
We collect the samples from January 2 to April 30, 2025.
After the registration and payment are completed, our team will provide the relevant documents and the shipping label form.
If the olive oil samples have not been sent on time, the product will not be eligible for judging.
