Shipping Instructions
Please follow the guidelines below to ensure your olive oil samples arrive safely and can be processed efficiently.
Courier Service Ship your samples using a reliable courier service such as UPS, FedEx, DPD or DHL. Based on our experience, we recommend UPS or FedEx whenever possible.
Shipping Label Include the Shipping Label provided by Berlin GOOA with your shipment. You can attach it to the outside of the box or place it inside. This label contains your unique code and is essential for identifying and processing your samples.
Packaging Use a strong cardboard box suitable for international transportation. Wrap each bottle individually with bubble wrap, foam or another protective material, and fill any empty spaces to prevent movement during transit.
Product Labelling All bottles must be clearly labelled. If bottles have identical packaging but contain different olive oil varieties, please clearly indicate the olive oil type or variety on each bottle to avoid confusion during evaluation.
For fragile shipments, please mark the outer box accordingly.
Tracking Number Once your samples have been dispatched, please send us the courier tracking number so our team can monitor the shipment until it arrives in Berlin.
